McKenzie Sullivan is the Director and Founder of Real Life Preschool. She has a deep passion for partnering with parents to create early education environments where children truly flourish. With years of experience in preschool leadership, McKenzie led her former school to be recognized among Alabama’s Best Preschools. As a wife and mother of two, she brings both professional excellence and personal understanding to her role. McKenzie is committed to building a preschool culture marked by exceptional education and a caring, supportive community where children and families feel known and valued.
